We can supply both cast and forged segments upon request. We adopt precision casting to ensure the internal metallographic structure and strictly control the precision machining of mounting surface to ensure the reliability and practical stability of installation.  Forged segments have optimum internal grain flow and stronger core resistance. Both cast and forged segments are fully quenched & tempered and induction hardened on teeth profiles for excellent resistance to wear and fatigue.
